Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5 days/week with 32-hour guarantee
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans as developed and directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and relevant clinical observations in accordance with facility standards
- Assist patients in developing, recovering, or maintaining daily living and work skills
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status and progress
Required Qualifications- Current and valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
- Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as a COTA in Colorado
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work a consistent day shift schedule, 5 days per week
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a similar clinical or allied health setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
