Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment services to residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and clinical outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals and overall well-being
- Maintain compliance with skilled nursing facility regulations and therapy department standards
Required Qualifications
- Active COTA licensure in the state of Florida (or eligibility)
- Current NBCOT certification
- Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with SNF documentation and billing requirements
