Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistant services on the inpatient rehabilitation unit and/or acute care unit
- Manage a caseload averaging approximately 12 patients on the inpatient rehab unit
- Participate in co-treatment sessions with a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the acute care setting as applicable
- Deliver patient care in accordance with established treatment plans and facility protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma Occupational Therapy Assistant license
- NBCOT certification
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Current skills checklist pertinent to the specialty (within the last year)
- Two supervisory references taken within the last two years
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel/contract assignment experience preferred
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care settings
