Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents in skilled nursing and assisted/independent living settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident goals and overall well-being
- Assist in the assessment and modification of daily living activities to promote resident independence
Required Qualifications
- Active COTA licensure in the state of California
- Current NBCOT certification
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Experience working in assisted or independent living environments
- Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with geriatric patient populations
