Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistant services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation and functional goals
- Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Maintain valid state identification or federal-issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Active COTA certification (NBCOT)
- Active Maryland state license or eligibility to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in Maryland
- Minimum 35-hour weekly availability guaranteed
- Must provide a valid state or federal-issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to facility protocols and workflows
