Key Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by a supervising Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct patient care to support functional independence in daily activities
• Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals and outcomes
• Maintain current COTA licensure and adhere to applicable state and professional practice standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential through NBCOT
• Valid Michigan state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Ability to work day shift hours
• Ability to fulfill contract assignment requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy role
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
