Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with established goals and clinical guidelines
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients at all times
Required Qualifications
- Active COTA licensure or certification in the state of New Hampshire
- Current state or federally issued photo identification required for facility access
- Ability to wear a visible photo badge at all times while on site
- Minimum guaranteed availability of 35 hours per week
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
