Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with their individualized treatment plans
- Assist in evaluating patient progress and adjusting treatment approaches as needed
- Document patient care, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain compliance with applicable state, federal, and facility regulations
Required Qualifications
- Active COTA or OT licensure in the state of California (or eligibility)
- NBCOT certification required
- Minimum 35-hour weekly availability guaranteed
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior contract or travel therapy experience preferred
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced or high-need clinical environment
