Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy support to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans focused on patient rehabilitation and recovery
• Support patient well-being by carrying out therapeutic activities and exercises as directed
• Monitor and document patient progress and report observations to the supervising Occupational Therapist

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of COTA experience (Required)
• Active Texas state license or compact license eligible for practice in Texas (Required)
• Current COTA certification in good standing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a Long Term Care setting
• Familiarity with documentation and compliance standards in a skilled nursing or LTC environment
