Key Responsibilities
- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct patient care to support functional independence and rehabilitation goals
- Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care
- Adapt therapeutic activities and interventions to meet individual patient needs
Required Qualifications
- Active COTA certification through NBCOT
- Active California state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment
