Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy treatment to residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans to support residents in achieving functional goals
Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive resident care
Maintain a caseload consistent with a 35-hour work week, Monday through Friday with no weekend rotation
Required Qualifications
Current and valid Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license or certification in the state of California
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Ability to work a Monday-Friday daytime schedule with no weekend requirement
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Familiarity with documentation and electronic health record systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team environment
