Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistant services to residents within a skilled nursing facility setting
- Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising Occupational Therapist in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records, utilizing electronic documentation systems
- Be available to float to other units or worksites as operationally needed
Required Qualifications
- Active California COTA license required
- Minimum 1 year of SNF experience required
- Standard credentialing requirements must be met prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Casamba documentation software strongly preferred
- Familiarity with skilled nursing facility workflows and productivity expectations
