    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide occupational therapy treatment services to residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
    • Implement individualized treatment plans in a skilled nursing facility setting
    • Document patient progress, goals, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
    • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident rehabilitation and functional independence
    Required Qualifications
    • Current COTA licensure or certification required
    • Active NBCOT certification required
    • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar post-acute care setting
    • Ability to begin assignment on or around 9/21
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel or contract therapy experience
    • Familiarity with SNF documentation and Medicare compliance requirements
