    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide occupational therapy treatment services to residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
    • Implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' functional independence and quality of life
    • Document patient progress, treatment notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
    • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate resident care and goal planning
    • Educate residents and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
    Required Qualifications
    • Active COTA licensure in the state of New Jersey
    • Current NBCOT certification in good standing
    • Previous clinical experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
    • Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
    • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
    • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
