Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist in the assessment of patients' functional abilities and contribute to goal-setting in collaboration with the supervising OT
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA licensure or certification as required in the state of Maryland
• NBCOT certification (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work day shift hours
• Expected 35 hours per week, with a minimum expectation of 30 hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment
