    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide occupational therapy assistant services to residents in an assisted living setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

    • Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
    • Split responsibilities across two assisted living locations, requiring flexibility and willingness to work at a secondary site as needed
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license in the state of Colorado
    • NBCOT certification (COTA) required or eligible
    • Ability to work at two assisted living locations as part of a split position
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience working in an assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursing environment
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills when working with elderly populations
