Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistant services to residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans to support residents' functional independence and rehabilitation goals
- Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
Required Qualifications
- Current COTA licensure in the state of Montana (or eligibility)
- NBCOT certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Active CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to commit to a 13-week contract assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Familiarity with PACS documentation systems
- Experience with geriatric rehabilitation populations
