Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct patient care to support functional independence in daily living activities
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state and facility regulations governing occupational therapy practice
Required Qualifications
- Active COTA licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
- NBCOT certification required
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to commit to a 14-week contract assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a similar care setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems
