Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and therapy goals
• Document patient progress, treatment notes, and updates within the facility's point-of-care system
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and professional standards of practice

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA licensure in the state of Montana (or eligibility)
• Current NBCOT certification
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Familiarity with PACS or similar point-of-care documentation systems
• Experience with geriatric patient populations
