Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistant services to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records within the PACS documentation system
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident rehabilitation goals
- Assist in the development and modification of therapeutic activities to meet individual patient needs
Required Qualifications
- Current COTA certification (NBCOT) required
- Active Montana state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Experience working within the PACS documentation platform
- Ability to commit to a 13-week contract assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working with veteran populations
- Background in skilled nursing or long-term care settings
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
