Contract | Days | Full-Time (40 hours per week, 36 hours guaranteed)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient functional goals and daily living activities
- Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Assist in evaluating patient response to treatment and communicate findings to the supervising Occupational Therapist
Required Qualifications
- Active COTA licensure or eligibility to practice in the state of Montana
- Current NBCOT certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Ability to commit to a 13-week contract assignment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Familiarity with PACS (Point of Care) documentation systems
