Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals and outcomes
- Maintain valid state licensure and required certifications throughout the duration of the assignment
- Adhere to all facility policies, including presenting a state or federal issued photo identification and wearing a photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Active COTA licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Current NBCOT certification
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility check-in
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or extended care setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
