Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient functional goals
• Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility standards
• Maintain valid state-issued COTA licensure and adhere to all facility compliance requirements
• Present valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival and wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
• Valid Massachusetts OTA license or eligibility to practice in Massachusetts
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID at the facility
• Ability to comply with all facility registry personnel requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
