Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
- Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
Required Qualifications
- Current COTA certification through NBCOT
- Active and unrestricted state licensure in Montana
- Experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or post-acute care setting
- Familiarity with documentation and therapy management software
