    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide occupational therapy or occupational therapy assistant services to patients in a rehabilitation setting
    • Implement and carry out individualized treatment plans under the direction of the supervising occupational therapist (COTA) or independently (OT)
    • Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and clinical notes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient goals and outcomes
    • Maintain and present a valid state or federal issued photo ID at the facility at all times while on assignment
    Required Qualifications
    • Valid COTA or OT license/certification as applicable to the role being applied for
    • Active state licensure in New Mexico or eligibility to practice in the state
    • Current NBCOT certification (or state equivalent) in good standing
    • Ability to work Monday through Friday day shifts for the duration of a 13-week contract
    • Must provide a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a rehabilitation setting
    • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
    • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
