Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | Monday – Friday | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with facility protocols and state regulations
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and present a valid state or federal issued photo ID at the facility at all times
Required Qualifications
- Active New Mexico COTA license or eligibility to practice in New Mexico
- Active NM Caregivers account required prior to placement
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification
- Ability to wear a visible photo badge while on-site at all times
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a contract or registry staffing capacity
- Familiarity with New Mexico state occupational therapy regulations and documentation requirements
