Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistant services to residents within a skilled nursing facility setting
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Float between multiple facility locations as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Current COTA licensure or eligibility to practice in the state of Colorado
- NBCOT certification (COTA) required or eligible
- Ability and willingness to float between multiple locations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Experience with geriatric patient populations
