Pay Rate: $1833.00 - $1888.00
AMN Healthcare is partnering with a school district in the Minneapolis, MN area to hire a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to cover an FMLA leave from mid-November through approximately mid-February.
In this short-term assignment, you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to provide school-based therapy services that help students strengthen fine motor, sensory, and functional skills essential for classroom success. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, supporting student participation in school activities, and collaborating with teachers and families to promote progress toward educational goals. A current COTA license and experience in educational settings are recommended.

Required Qualifications
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, School
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
Completion of an associate’s degree or higher education
Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) State license in MN
Completion of a criminal record and background check
Preferred Qualifications
Clear, articulate communication skills
Ability to explain results to a varied audience
Candidates with previous school experience a plus!
