Travel Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Skilled Nursing Facility | Monterey County, CA
Seeking passionate and adaptable Travel COTA needed for a large, dynamic skilled nursing facility in Monterey County, CA. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care focused on improving functional independence.
Duties:
- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans for short-term and long-term residents
- Communicate effectively with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and regulatory standards
- Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standards
Requirements:
- Active OTA License
- SNF Experience Preferred (Mentorship Available for Those with 0-1 Year Experience)
- Strong Documentation and Time-Management Skills
- Flexible and Collaborative Mindset
- Preference for Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday Schedule
