Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient goals and clinical guidelines
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo ID badge at all times while on site
• Present valid state or federal issued identification upon arrival to the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA licensure in the state of California
• NBCOT certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Ability to work Monday through Friday day shifts for the duration of a 14-week contract
• Must provide valid state or federal issued photo identification upon start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-demand or fast-paced therapy setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently within a registry/contract environment
