Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy treatment services to residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to support residents' functional independence and quality of life
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely clinical records in accordance with facility standards
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated resident care
  • Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility and wear a photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
  • Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
  • Active Massachusetts state licensure or eligibility to practice in Massachusetts
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Ability to comply with facility identification and badging requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
