Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans to support residents in achieving functional goals
Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive resident care
Required Qualifications
Active COTA licensure in the state of Montana (or compact eligibility)
Current NBCOT certification
Valid CPR/BLS certification
Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Familiarity with PACS documentation systems
