Key Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Provide therapeutic interventions to support residents in improving daily living and functional skills
Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive resident care
Required Qualifications
Current COTA licensure or certification in the state of Montana
NBCOT certification required
Active CPR/BLS certification
Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Familiarity with geriatric patient populations and rehabilitation protocols
