Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient functional goals
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility standards
• Maintain a valid state or federal issued photo ID and wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Current COTA licensure or certification in the state of California
• Active NBCOT certification (or state equivalent) in good standing
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a registry or contract staffing capacity
• Familiarity with electronic health record documentation systems
