Key Responsibilities
Implement occupational therapy treatment plans as directed by a supervising Occupational Therapist
Assist patients in developing, recovering, and improving the skills needed for daily living and working
Document patient progress and maintain accurate therapy records in compliance with facility standards
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals and outcomes
Required Qualifications
Current COTA certification through NBCOT
Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing
Ability to work rotating shifts
Ability to begin assignment as soon as possible
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
Strong communication and documentation skills
