• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Shift hours: 0800-1630
• Scheduled days include Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat
