Description: Position is for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the home care setting. The role involves providing therapy to patients in their homes. The day-to-day duties include conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and their families on care strategies. Mileage will be reimbursed based on travel distance from the service area. Travelers are expected to adhere to schedule commitments with no more than 7 days of time off per contract. No local candidates within a specified radius will be accepted. All candidates must maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
