Well-respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the team in Oregon City, OR. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive, and professional environment and complete a 13-week travel assignment.

Requirements:
Active Oregon COTA license (or eligibility)
Previous SNF, LTC, or geriatric experience preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
