Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy treatment to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and OT evaluations
Document patient progress, treatment notes, and goal outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient rehabilitation and functional goals
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications
Active California COTA license required
Current NBCOT certification required
Current CPR/BLS certification
Ability to work rotating shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel or contract therapy experience
Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong documentation and communication skills
