Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and OT evaluations
Document patient progress, treatment notes, and updates to care plans in a timely and accurate manner
Communicate effectively with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and progress
Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and professional standards of practice
Required Qualifications
Active California COTA license in good standing
Current NBCOT certification
Ability to work day shift hours
Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
Previous experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
