Key Responsibilities
Provide direct occupational therapy support to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans focused on patient rehabilitation and recovery
Support patient well-being through therapeutic activities and interventions
Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
Required Qualifications
Active Texas OTA/COTA license or compact license equivalent recognized in Texas - Required
Minimum of 2 years of COTA experience - Required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience working in a Long Term Care setting
Strong communication and documentation skills
