Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active OTA License

• Schedule preference: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
