Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans using the Rehab Optima (NetHealth) electronic documentation system
  • Implement individualized treatment programs to support residents in achieving functional goals
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications
  • Active California COTA license required
  • SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience required
  • Proficiency with Rehab Optima (NetHealth) documentation system required
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Prior experience working in a long-term care or post-acute rehabilitation environment
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
