Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident care goals
Required Qualifications
Current COTA certification (NBCOT) required
Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant license required
3 professional references from the 3 most recent employers required for submission
Preferred Experience / Skills
At least one completed 13-week travel or contract assignment in a skilled nursing facility
Experience working with geriatric and rehabilitation patient populations
