Key Responsibilities
Implement occupational therapy treatment plans as directed by a supervising Occupational Therapist
Assist patients in developing, recovering, and improving the skills needed for daily living and working
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals and outcomes
Required Qualifications
Current COTA certification through NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)
Active Michigan state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams
