Responsibilities
- Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities designed to improve daily living skills
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Support patients in achieving rehabilitation and functional independence goals
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support positive patient outcomes
