Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for an 11-week assignment. The ideal candidate will provide direct resident care and support daily living activities while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
- Obtain and record vital signs as directed.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow infection prevention and safety protocols.
- Support the nursing team in delivering exceptional resident care.
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Current BLS certification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and resident dignity.
