Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 9-week assignment. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care and support while assisting residents with daily living activities and maintaining a safe, comfortable, and positive care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
- Take and document vital signs as directed.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of patients.
- Provide compassionate support and companionship.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow infection control, safety, and healthcare protocols.
- Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality resident care.
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification required.
- Current BLS certification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
