Job Summary:
Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist position is available in the healthcare organization. The role involves performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures such as coronary angioplasty, stent placements, pacemaker insertions, and other interventional radiology functions. The technician will support the cardiac catheterization laboratory operations in a busy acute care hospital setting.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, start date 10/19/2026, end date 04/19/2027.
- Required Qualifications: Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiology, Fluoroscopy Permit, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Open to candidates with pending Fluoroscopy permits who have already applied for the license. At least 0 years of experience in Cardiac Catheterization Lab procedures.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, cardiac arrhythmias procedures, and proficiency with electronic charting systems, preferably Epic.
- Responsibilities: Monitoring patient hemodynamics, assisting with angioplasty, stent placement, pacemaker procedures, electrophysiology lab functions, embolizations, and other interventional procedures. Equipment setup and inventory maintenance are required.
- Orientation: 30 hours of orientation will be provided prior to the start date.
- Additional Information: Candidate must be willing to work up to 4 days of call per week and be flexible with holiday work requirements. Travel and housing resources are available; the community offers access to multiple national and state parks and unique local architecture.
