DAY-SHIFT CARDIAC CATH LAB TECHNOLOGIST CONTRACT – ASCENSION ALL SAINTS HOSPITAL

First Connect Health has an immediate 13-week travel contract opening for an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist in Racine, Wisconsin (Scenic Lake Michigan Coastline, south of Milwaukee). Operating within the interventional cardiology suite at Ascension All Saints Hospital, this position features a desirable 5x8 daytime schedule (07:30 AM - 16:00 PM / 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexible start/end windows). Weekly Gross: $3,107.00
Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,267.00
Hourly W2 Rate: $46.00/hr (40 regular hours)
Overtime Rate: $69.00/hr

SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS

Schedule: Day shifts, 5x8-Hours (07:30 AM - 16:00 PM / 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday with flexible start/end times).
Guaranteed Hours: 40 regular hours guaranteed weekly.
On-Call Structure:
- Weekday call rotation shared with core staff.
- Weekend call approximately every 3rd weekend.
- Holiday call rotation (EOH / at least 12+ total days of call scheduled across the contract).
Clinical Caseload & Specialties: Diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, PCI/stenting, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) management, peripheral vascular procedures, and Electrophysiology (EP) cases.
Procedural Competencies: Scrubbing, panning, hemodynamic waveform monitoring, sterile field management, and emergency cardiac interventions.
EMR System: Epic charting system.
Floating Requirement: Must be willing to float on-site within clinical skill set, as well as to regional sister facilities within 40 miles—specifically Ascension Franklin Hospital (10101 S. 27th St, Franklin, WI) as clinically required.

REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUBMISSION

Experience: Minimum 2 years of dedicated acute care Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist experience. Prior travel experience is required.
Certifications Required:
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) and/or ARRT Radiography/Interventional credential.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS).
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
Licensure: Valid Wisconsin Radiographer License (if submitting under ARRT).

Location Details: Assignment is located at Ascension All Saints Hospital, 3801 Spring St, Racine, WI 53405 (Dept: Cardiology-Cath Lab 001 - 10580). ⏱️ Assignment Timeline: 13-week contract running from October 11, 2026, through January 09, 2027. Floating Requirement Agreement: Candidate must agree upfront to float to affiliated facilities within 40 miles when needed, with mandatory floating to Ascension Franklin Hospital (Franklin, WI). Call Commitment: Candidate must agree to core call rotations: weekday nights, every 3rd weekend, and every other holiday coverage (totaling 12+ days of call across the 13 weeks). Submittal Rules & Compliance:Active RCIS and/or ARRT, WI Radiographer license (if ARRT), BLS, and ACLS must be active and attached at submission.All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be presented upfront with the submittal packet.
